In addition to leading Omnia Commercial, Jeff is the CEO and owner of Omnia Home Solutions, a thriving residential real estate acquisition company based in Southern California. With a background in mortgage lending, small balance commercial loans, and consulting with firms like Zillow Group, Jeff has been involved in many real estate transactions since 2004. His strategic vision and expertise drive the success of both Omnia Commercial and Omnia Home Solutions, helping clients navigate complex real estate markets with confidence. In his free time he enjoys traveling , hiking and listening to and composing music.

Desiree Block is the co-founder of Omnia Commercial, a thriving commercial real estate firm that exemplifies her extensive knowledge and passion for the industry. With over 25 years of experience as a real estate investor, Desiree has built a strong portfolio of single-family homes for long-term rentals across a select few states, showcasing her keen investment strategies and commitment to long-term growth.
